Aleksandar Lazarević PhD
Aleksandar is an AI and Data executive with over 20 years of experience leading enterprise analytics and delivering measurable business transformation across healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and digital commerce. He has served as VP and senior data / AI leader at Aetna, Stanley Black & Decker, HelloFresh, Travelers, building and scaling high-performance analytics teams from early stage to global enterprise scale.
Across his career, Aleksandar has led initiatives generating more than $600M in quantified value, including $140M in healthcare fraud detection savings and $400M+ in supply chain, pricing, and operational impact. He specializes in bridging advanced AI research with production-grade enterprise systems in regulated environments.
A recognized industry leader, he has been named a Top 10 Data & Analytics Leader (Business of Data Awards) and a Top 100 Global Data Innovator (Corinium). He holds a Ph.D. in Machine Learning and is a frequent speaker on AI in healthcare and enterprise transformation.
